Alan Clements was the first American to ordain as a Buddhist monk in Burma where he lived in meditative silence for many years. Then, without warning or reason, Burma's military dictatorship gave him 24 hours to get out of the country. Clements disrobed as a monk and became a maverick activist working for human rights and freedom in some of the most volatile areas of the world.

Now, as a revolutionary satirist, he has taken his conscience to the stage where he is pioneering a radical new genre of activist theater. In a world where madness and the miraculous are never far apart, Clements' liberating comedic monologue deconstructs spiritual cows and geo-political propaganda, while confronting head on the commercialization of freedom, dogma, and war.
